Kansas City VA Medical Center officials are partnering with the Veterans Community Project to host a vaccination clinic specifically for veterans and their families. KCVA will host a clinic at the Veterans Community Project – 8900 Troost Ave. in Kansas City, Missouri – Monday, April 26, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. VCP is the collection of tiny homes for homeless veterans and the organization behind them. who works to provide resources to veterans in need. All veterans are eligible to receive a vaccine at this time, including family members and caregivers. Although appointments for this clinic are not mandatory, they are encouraged to secure a vaccine dose. This clinic will administer the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine, with the second dose scheduled for May 17 at the same location. Veterans can call 816-922-2619 to schedule an appointment.
